Skills and CompetenciesMinimum of 10 years of experience in corporate compliance, third-party risk management, supplier due diligence, or related disciplines within multinational corporations, consulting firms, or related industriesDeep expertise in corporate compliance frameworks, including anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions compliance, third-party oversight, and supply chain risk managementDirect experience using or implementing solutions that support third-party risk management, supplier due diligence, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership identification, compliance monitoring, and investigative workflowsProven ability to serve as a trusted advisor and engage senior stakeholders through complex sales cycles and solution-oriented discussionsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence internal and external audiencesAbility to travel up to 50% as required to support client engagement, industry events, and business development activitiesBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.EducationBachelor’s degree requiredAdvanced degree preferredRelevant industry certifications preferred, including Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Sanctions Specialist (CSS), Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar credentialsResponsibilitiesServe as the Industry Practice Lead for Corporate Compliance and Third-Party Risk Management, driving client engagement, market leadership, and strategic growth.Establish credibility and confidence in Moody’s solutions through sales engagement, domain expertise, and industry thought leadershipAct as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by identifying business challenges and aligning solutions to meet compliance and third-party risk management needsLead solution architecture discussions and apply industry best practices to support proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of conceptAdvise clients on third-party risk management, supplier due diligence, sanctions compliance, anti-bribery and corruption programs, and broader compliance transformation initiativesDesign, develop, and execute market outreach strategies in partnership with marketing, strategy, and sales teamsDevelop and maintain relationships with compliance, ethics, procurement, legal, risk, and supply chain leaders across multinational organizationsRepresent Moody’s at industry conferences, client forums, executive briefings, and other thought leadership eventsProduce and contribute to thought leadership content aligned to client priorities, market trends, and Moody’s product offerings while maintaining an active industry presenceTranslate emerging regulatory expectations, compliance trends, supply chain risks, and client requirements into product recommendations and enhancement opportunitiesIdentify market whitespace opportunities and support the development of business cases for product innovation and future growthCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define Moody’s value proposition and support go-to-market execution and strategic initiativesDeliver training and enablement sessions on client use cases, workflows, buyer personas, and market dynamics to sales, customer success, and strategy teamsAbout the TeamThe Global Sales operating unit is comprised of more than 1,000 sales and customer service professionals serving customers across the private and public sectors globally. The Industry Practice Group consists of senior domain experts with backgrounds in industry, consulting, regulatory, and practitioner roles who partner with clients and internal teams to deliver market insight, support growth initiatives, and influence product strategy. By joining the team, you will work at the intersection of client engagement, industry expertise, and innovation while helping organizations navigate increasingly complex compliance and risk management challenges.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $200,300.00 - $290,450.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
