ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)- Prepare and submit customer product environmental compliance responses (RoHS, REACH/SVHC, PFAS/TSCA presence, Prop 65, conflict minerals support, ESG questionnaires).
- Perform BOM-level and product-level compliance determinations and trace results to source documentation.
- Collect, validate, and manage supplier compliance declarations (e.g., IPC-1752A, COCs).
- Maintain documentation and support customer assessments.
- Standardize templates, workflows, and response processes for customer requests.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program teams to resolve compliance questions.
- Escalate novel or high-risk compliance issues with recommended actions.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance documentation and traceability.
- Working knowledge of RoHS, REACH (SVHC), TSCA, PFAS, California Proposition 65, and Conflict minerals (CMRT/EMRT)
- Familiarity with supplier declaration standards such as IPC-1752A.
- Understanding of ISO 14001 concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large dataset reconciliation).
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP/QMS systems.
- Experience using customer and supplier compliance portals.
- Strong document control and file versioning discipline.
- Professional written communication and presentation skills.
- Direct experience responding to customer compliance requests and portals.
- Hands-on RoHS determination
- Experience with exposure to REACH SVHC, PFAS/TSCA, Prop 65, conflict minerals, and ESG questionnaires inquiries.
- Experience managing supplier material compliance documentation.
- The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
- The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
- Extensive experience with Excel and other database programs with a strong knowledge of MRP systems.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound written and oral communication skills; must be able to write and understand routine reports, follow oral and written instructions, and speak effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and work with diverse groups of people.
- Must have knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment and be familiar with commonly used email, Internet, word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and materials. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
