Responsable Service Achats H/F

We are recruiting a Responsable Service Achats H/F to join our BU Aries Manufacturing , specializing in the production of complex titanium parts for the aerospace sector.

You will be responsible for ensuring, with your team, the implementation and monitoring of the purchasing and procurement policy of the Business Unit, notably:

• Continue the implementation of routines, performance animation, associated indicators, prioritization of procurement files according to cost/risk,
• Ensure the animation and progress of the purchasing process, lead the necessary structuring actions (contract management, sourcing, increase/decrease, planned or unplanned variance, invoicing, performance, market analysis, Make or Buy...),
• Ensure the purchases and procurements for the sheet metal, components, subcontracting, tooling of ongoing or developing projects, and any other purchasing needs of the BU, in compliance with regulations related to labor law and corporate law.

The missions are organized around 6 major axes:

Supplier Management:

• Manage the evolution of its panels of subcontractors and suppliers to secure the adequacy to current and future needs of the factory;
• Analyze the needs for contractualization with different partners, and implement the associated action plan;
• Conduct price negotiations, deadlines, payment and delivery conditions in agreement with expressed needs;
• Analyze the performance of subcontractors and suppliers, and that of our relationship with them. Organize, in particular, the necessary reviews with critical suppliers;
• Verify that corrective and improvement actions are well planned / executed.

Investment Purchases:

• Provide support to technical teams and management in the context of investments (production equipment);

Pre-project Purchases:

• Verify and validate pre-project estimates on the purchasing side;

Purchasing Expertise / Process:

• Ensure technological vigilance and be a force of proposals and improvement in quality / costs;

Purchase Workflow Management:

• Verify the use and consistency of the purchase workflow implemented in our ERP (SAGE X3), propose necessary evolutions and follow their implementation;

Specific Missions Related to the Management of Its Service:

• Be a technical reference for the team through its expertise;
• Organize the work of the team by assigning collaborators to tasks to be carried out;
• Ensure the passage of instructions within the team and to other services;

The Profile We Are Looking For

You hold a Bac +5 (master 2) specialized in purchasing or equivalent, and have 8 years of professional experience in a purchasing manager/buyer role, in the industrial/metallurgical sector, ideally in the aerospace sector. You master project purchases.

We are looking for a profile that is rigorous , adaptable , with good relational skills and who masters purchasing techniques, negotiation. You will be required to interact with all services of Aries Manufacturing, but also externally with our customers, suppliers, and contractors.

Fluent English is a prerequisite, as well as mastery of an ERP and Excel. Occasional travel may be planned, in France and abroad.
