\n* General urology; cases and resources available for niche subspecialties\n
\n* Urology services include advanced robotic surgery, endoscopic surgery, pediatrics, minimally invasive office procedures, percutaneous stone surgery, advanced prostate cancer treatment, on top of bread-and-butter urology\n
\n* Vast referral network and patient base, hit the ground running\n
\n* Call shared with urologists and APPs\n
\n* Perioperative support provided by APPs within the practice\n
\n* Level II Trauma Center\n
\n* Supportive administration that focuses on physician well-being\n
\n* Balanced work schedule with dedicated clinic and OR days\n
\n* Two da Vinci robots\n
\n* Block OR Schedule\n
\n* Cerner Electronic Medical Records\n
\n* Strong compensation structure with a 2-year guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentive, signing bonus, and relocation reimbursement\n
