Are you seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time based out of Greenville, SC? 365 Freight USA is expanding regional fleet operations with a home terminal in Greenville and service across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35). We are hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL professionals who want a dependable career. We provide 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking at your assigned home terminal, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers on the road and at home.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (~$92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting after 30 days of employment.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
The Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving markets east of I‑35.
- Reliable Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors (strict no slip‑seating policy).
- Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
- Freight Type: 100% no‑touch freight with drop‑and‑hook operations.
- Company Policies: Pet and passenger rider programs available from day one.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
- Record: Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and an active DOT medical card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum three months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainees (Entry‑Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 are available.
