An established healthcare organization in Geneva, NY is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This role provides comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, combining interventional procedures with medical management.

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $500,000 to $600,000 per year, with performance incentives.

What You'll Do: The Pain Management Physician evaluates and manages patients with a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions, performing both interventional and non-interventional pain management procedures. This role develops individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, while also educating patients on treatment options, pain management strategies, and long-term care. The physician maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout.

Required Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a broad range of interventional pain procedures
• Comfort working within a multidisciplinary care team model
• Commitment to patient education and long-term care planning
