Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; 1 year minimum stated 2. Cases: Interventional, Structural, Peds, Congenital, ECMO, Heart Failure, Transplant, Impella, IABP, TAVR, Watchman, PCI, Multiple Devices 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; PALS required before start (not at submission); ARRT required; RTR or RTRCI license required; Kentucky State Radiation License KBMIRT required before assignment 4. License: KY Rad Tech License through ARRT required before start (pending OK at submission); Compact or KY State License required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic EHR required; McKesson required 7. Shifts/Call: Four 10-hour shifts per week (0700-1730); 1 late call per week (5:30p-7:30p); 1 call shift per week (5:30p-7:00a); 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10.
