Job Description Support attorneys with a variety of family law matters from case opening through resolution. Prepare, organize, and file legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and other case materials. Maintain accurate and well-organized client files, records, calendars, and deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and other parties. Assist with gathering, reviewing, and organizing documents and information relevant to active cases. Help prepare attorneys and clients for hearings, meetings, and other legal proceedings. Monitor case deadlines and proactively help keep matters moving forward. Provide responsive, detail-oriented support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on exceptional client service. Qualifications 1+ years of family law paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of legal document preparation and case management. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Professional, client-focused approach and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Paralegal certificate or degree is a plus, but not required based on the information provided.
