Volt is immediately hiring a Masker in Ontario, CA.

As a Masker, you will:

• Manually apply and remove precision masking materials to protect specific product surfaces from coating.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare part surfaces before masking.
• Carefully inspect your own work to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Disassemble, clean, and refurbish coating fixtures as required.
• Follow strict Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs) and work instructions, often adhering to cleanroom and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.

This is a full-time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Operate precision measuring instruments and record results.
• May perform daily tasks in a clean room environment where compliance to clean room protocol, including PPE and hygiene standards will be required.
• Responsible for proper disposal, packaging, labelling, shipping or inspection of hazardous materials or waste in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting working under time constraints is preferred.
• Must clearly speak, read and write English.
• Experience in Microscopes, Scalpel Blades & Cutters, Soldering, Hand & Power Tools,

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.25 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
