QA Coordinator

Seeking a QA Coordinator for our client, a global scientific supply and services company. Be part of a team setting science in motion across the biopharma, healthcare and advanced technologies industries!

Location: Carpinteria, CA


Rate : $23/hr


Shift: 2nd Shift : 3pm-11:30pm


Duties:

• Maintain quality records, documentation, and laboratory databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Perform data entry and manage quality-related information within SAP and Microsoft database systems.
• Review and organize quality documentation to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quality-related questions and documentation requests.
• Support product testing documentation and quality processes as needed.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality system activities.
• Follow laboratory procedures and maintain an organized, compliant work environment.
• Adhere to company safety policies and wear required PPE.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred , or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft databases is highly preferred.
• Previous quality, quality assurance, or quality control experience is a plus, but not required .
• Open to candidates from any industry.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accurate data entry abilities.
• Comfortable working in a laboratory environment and following established procedures.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
