Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• Proven clinical competency in respiratory therapy practices
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across various acuity levels
• Assess, plan, and implement care according to current standards and protocols
• Operate and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and aftercare
