What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll provide support, encouragement, and assistance to individuals in a residential setting by: Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities Supporting meal preparation and healthy lifestyle choices Helping individuals participate in community activities and recreation Teaching and encouraging independence through skill-building opportunities Assisting with medication administration and health-related supports Completing required documentation and progress notes Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Building positive relationships while supporting individual goals and choices Available Positions Full-Time Day Shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Part-Time Every Other Weekend Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Earn $22.00/hour while providing essential weekend coverage. What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, physical, and required training Dependable with strong attendance and reliability Ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing physical support as needed Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others succeed No Experience?
