Orders, Shipping & Fulfillment Specialist

Join our growing team and help us deliver excellence. Are you someone who takes pride in precision, elegance, and consistency? Do you enjoy making every unboxing feel like a gift? At Brilliance.com, we’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-obsessed professional to help fulfill luxury jewelry orders — where how it’s shipped matters as much as what’s inside. What You’ll Do: Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy. Create a premium unboxing experience using our signature packaging — ribbons, tissue, tags, and all. Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms like ShipStation or Easyship. Print labels and process shipments via FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be). What You Need: Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc.). Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done.” Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal. Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required). Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items. Why You’ll Love Working With Us Stability You Can Count On – Over 35 years in business and growing stronger Work with a Trusted Luxury Brand – 3,000+ five-star reviews on Trustpilot Small, dedicated, and meticulous team culture Pride in creating experiences that feel as special as what’s inside the box $45,000–$50,000 salary (based on experience) Health insurance: With company contribution 401(k): Eligible after 6 months If you’re the kind of person who straightens the ribbon just so before sealing a box — we want to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brilliance.com
