Can you read a blueprint, set tooling, and hit spec on the first run? Do you know your way around mills, lathes, and grinders—and the measuring tools that keep parts on target? If so, this CNC Production Machinist role in Greenwood, AR could be a great fit.

• Where: Greenwood, AR
• When: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with Fridays and Saturdays as needed)
• Compensation: $18/hour or higher, commensurate with experience

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related fabrication machinery
• Fine-tuning tooling, offsets, and machine settings to match job specifications
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Performing in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Reporting non-conformances and assisting with corrective actions
• Performing routine maintenance and keeping machines and work areas clean while following all safety procedures

Who You Are

• PROOF of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Have 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant or shop environment
• Bring 1–2 years of experience as a CNC machine operator
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using a tape measure with accuracy
• Detail-focused with strong mechanical aptitude

Physical Capability

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping

Equipment & Tools

• CNC machinery, grinders, lathes, and saws
• Hand tools, precision measuring tools, hoists, and forklifts

Personal Protective Equipment

• Steel-toed boots required
