Dietary Aide
Shifts available 6am-230pm and/or 12pm-8pm
Job Summary:
Absolut Care of Gasport, a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team! As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met with exceptional care and attention. Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and service of patient meals, including setting tables, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment
Monitor and report any food allergies, special dietary needs, or medication interactions to the Dietary Manager
Maintain accurate records of patient food preferences, allergies, and special dietary needs
Assist with food storage, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed
Collaborate with the Dietary Team to ensure efficient and effective meal service
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager
Requirements:
0 years of experience in food service or healthcare industry
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
