Social Media Graphic Designer and Content Creator, Sports (Las Vegas) Las Vegas, NV, United States Job Description Caesars Sportsbook is seeking a creative, sports-obsessed Content Creator & Graphic Designer to develop engaging, social-first content that brings our brand to life across platforms. This role will sit at the intersection of sports, culture, and real-time storytelling, helping us connect with both existing players and new audiences in authentic and differentiated ways. Bringing the personality of our world-famous resorts, experiences, and Caesars Rewards to life on social. This role blends content creation, visual design, and creative execution, balancing nimble production with strategic thinking. It is ideal for a hands-on creator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can both concept and design compelling visual assets that stand out in-feed. You will create video, graphics, and written content that captures the energy of live sports, simplifies betting concepts, and drives engagement across our digital ecosystem. Responsibilities Concept, pitch, and execute original short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube Design social-first graphics including betting promos, odds boosts, game-day visuals, and branded templates aligned to Caesars Sportsbook identity Write betting-related content, analysis, and storytelling tied to games and promotions Develop timely content tied to major events, including NFL, NBA, March Madness, and tentpole moments Collaborate with trading, product, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and relevance Capture on-site footage using DSLR cameras and mobile devices Edit content using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and mobile editing app Participate in brainstorms and contribute to ongoing creative planning Partner with internal teams, talent, and external partners to coordinate content shoots and bring ideas to life Attend events and activations to create live or quick-turn content Stay aware of industry trends and competitive content—share insights with the team Qualifications 3+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or social media, preferably in sports, gaming, or digital media Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual storytelling Proven ability to create high-performing, social-first content with a strong understanding of platform best practices and audience engagement Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus) and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, and motion/animation software Experience developing promotional graphics, real-time and game-day content, and scalable branded templates Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines to produce distinct, high-impact creative Strong understanding of sports and sports betting culture, with the ability to translate trends into compelling visual content Strong photo and video capture skills (DSLR and mobile), including lighting, composition, and framing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Proficient with iOS devices Online portfolio showcasing relevant design, social, or video work required Proficient in English verbal and written Additional Requirements Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period, including property to property Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
