Job Description
Aegis is seeking a financial controller to join our client's organization. This is a direct hire ONSITE position with a company located in St. Charles, IL. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
\n \n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting \n
- Experienced in the manufacturing \n
- Ideally 5+ years of hands-on management experience of a small team – this person will have 3 direct reports, AP, AR and a Payroll/HR person \n
- Journal entries and closing the books each month (3-days close) \n
- Proficient in Cost Accounting \n
Nice to have:
\n- \n
- CPA \n
- Payroll experience \n
- Experience implementing a new ERP system (Epicor) \n
