TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29406!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NIH Stroke Scale Must-Have: Advanced skills needed. Procedures performed on unit. Description: Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy. Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. Unit specifics: Number of beds when fully opened will be 30, currently at 18 with renovations in process. Patient ratios are 6-7:1. Team nursing approach with technicians on the unit. Unit secretary and technician availability. Charge nurse will support the team. Type of equipment is standard for Med Surg. Documentation system is Meditech. Must work four weekend shifts every four-week scheduling period. Floating policy may require floating to like units as needs dictate. Must perform hourly safety rounds. Must perform bedside shift report with the patient. Dress code requires navy-colored uniforms. General Comments: The facility is well-known in the community for its 24-hour emergency room and trauma services. It features a wide array of specialized services.
