To become our entry-level Crew Helper - Excavator, you need to be able to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (with some flexibility depending on the job) and meet these criteria: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to closely follow instructions and safety protocols Comfort with working in trenches, confined spaces, and around heavy machinery Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportationWHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CREW HELPER - EXCAVATOR?
You support field teams with crucial excavation projects by performing various labor tasks and helping keep everyone safe. Every day brings something different as you help set up job sites, prepare safety barriers, dig trenches, and uncover underground utilities and sewer lines. You follow directions, load materials, and use various tools and equipment to get the job done right.
