Quick Snapshot Role: Engagement Manager, Future Platforms Compensation: $160K $200K + Equity Location: On-site (New York City) Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience Focus: Strategy, operations, and AI product deployments What Will You Be Doing Own the success of customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping and implementation to post-launch success. Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating real-world needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering. Build and scale the operational playbook for our new platform, creating repeatable processes and systems to support rapid growth. Manage complex, multi-faceted client projects, aligning senior stakeholders and driving initiatives forward. Act as a strategic partner, working closely with the C-suite to shape product strategy and build a scalable post-sales motion.
