About the Role Done Right Merchandising is hiring motivated, reliable, and experienced merchandisers to join our dedicated Tractor Supply Project Team located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This traveling project role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced retail environments and enjoy consistent work, overnight schedules, and team‑based execution. Schedule and Travel These are traveling project roles that typically cover 2 stores per week, working Sunday night through Wednesday night from 8:00PM – 6:00AM. Occasionally, a fifth workday on Thursday may be required depending on project needs. Scheduled Blackout Weeks (2026): Week of 7/05/26, Week of 9/06/26, Week of 11/08/26, Week of 11/22/26.
