Robotics Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and material handling industry, is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech to join their dedicated team. As a Mech & Robotics Tech, you will be an integral part of the Operations Maintenance team supporting the efficient functioning of automated systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mech & Robotics Tech Location: Windsor, CT Pay Range: $30.34/hr. What's the Job? Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure optimal performance. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards. Complete preventative maintenance routines with accurate documentation to ensure equipment reliability. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays. At least 1 year of experience with PC competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks during long shifts. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. What's in it for me?
