Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated and dependable part‑time Intern to support our agency with a mix of marketing, outreach, and day‑to‑day tasks. This role is a great fit for a high school or college student (or anyone looking for extra income) who enjoys staying active, working independently, and contributing to a team. You’ll play an important role in helping us stay visible in the community while also assisting with lead follow‑up and basic office support. Responsibilities Run local errands and assist with general agency needs Distribute marketing materials (door hangers, drop‑offs at local businesses/apartments, etc.) Make outbound calls to leads and help update lead tracking sheets Assist with lead follow‑up and basic customer outreach Support the team with light administrative and organizational tasks Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow Qualifications Reliable and able to manage responsibilities independently Comfortable being on the phone and speaking with people Organized and detail‑oriented Willing to take direction and follow through on tasks Positive attitude and strong work ethic Schedule & Compensation Part‑time position (flexible hours) Hourly pay ($9.00 - $10.00 per hour) Great opportunity to gain real‑world experience in marketing, sales, and business operations Benefits Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development EEO Statement State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
