As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you'll enjoy:

• Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
• Schedules Available:
  • Westminster: Monday and Tuesday (11AM-4PM) + Friday (12PM-4PM)
  • Seneca: Daytime Shifts
• Case Details: (M, T, F Schedule) Client is a larger individual who is unsteady on his feet and requires assistance with mobility and ambulation using a walker, with support needed for safe movement and fall prevention.
• Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit
• 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for
• Additional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoylike reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

As a Caregiver / CNA, you'll need:

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
