Responsibilities:
- Daily newborn inpatient rounding
- Call coverage
- Rounding averages approximately 2 hours per shift , depending on census
- Minimal anticipated callbacks
- Active Florida Medical License Required
- Board Certified Pediatrics Required
- PALS Required
- Inpatient newborn rounding and call coverage
- Average patient volume: 6-7 patients per shift
- 15-bassinet newborn unit
- Admissions required
- Assigned and unassigned rounding patients
- Trauma Level I
- Beeper Call
- Call Ratio: 1:1
- Response Time: 30 minutes
