What We’re Looking For Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key. Preferred Qualifications Optical Experience: Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products. Benefits Pay Range: $17.60 – $24.62. Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a first‑class total rewards package.
