Production Data Analyst Co-Op

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Production Data Analyst Co-op for its Manufacturing team in Danvers, Massachusetts. The role involves developing KPI reports, business analytics, and dashboards to optimize production planning and supply chain decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver KPI reports on overtime, productivity, yields, and utilization metrics
- Create business analytics identifying improvement opportunities and justifying optimization programs
- Build data dashboards supporting daily management tiered reporting systems
Requirements
- Junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing engineering degree
- Prior work experience desired; medical device experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or Power BI preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- Authorized to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship
Compensation: $23.50/hr to $52.50/hr
