Bartender/Server – Janino’s Pizza
Locations: Daphne, Gulf Shores, & Bayou La Batre, Alabama

Janino’s Pizza is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender/Server to join our growing team. With established locations in Daphne and Gulf Shores, we are excited to continue expanding with our newest location in Bayou La Batre .We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our team.

This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service, preparing beverages, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations
• Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed
• Follow all alcohol service laws, health regulations, and company policies
• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Responsible alcohol service certification preferred (if required by state/local laws)

• Experience using POS systems
• Strong upselling and guest engagement abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume shifts
