Teacher’s Aide Next Step Behavior Technician Afternoon Work Available

Subject: Teacher's Aide? Next Step: Behavior Technician. Afternoon Work Available.

You already do the hard part.

You know how to get a kid to focus, try again, and smile about it. You work with children, you love that part of your day, and you're good at it. Now let's build on it.

Real talk: teachers and teacher's aides are some of the most underpaid people in this country. Until the world catches up and makes you one of the highest paid professions in the nation, you need us. And honestly? We need you.

Let's pair up.

Your school day ends. Your next shift begins.

Work 1:1 with kids in their own homes after school as a Behavior Technician (BT). Same skills you already use. Same kids-first heart. More income.

How It Works:

• Start with in-home sessions after school, Monday through Friday
• Weekend hours available too
• School's out for summer? Take on more cases and more hours
• We're opening clinics, so afternoon clinic work may be an option down the road

Right now, we're asking you to partner with us at this stage and grow with us as we build.

What You Get:

• After-school hours that fit around your school day
• BCBAs who mentor, not micromanage
• Regular team huddles and check-ins, so you're never stuck on an island
• BT Spotlights, because your wins get noticed
• Clear communication from onboarding to scheduling

Room to Grow:

Start as a BT and grow into a lead role. Or think bigger. Your next step could be becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). BCBAs work in schools through the DOE, in ABA companies, and beyond.

When you decide to go for it and head back to school, we're with you. We partner with our best BTs to help them get there, and along the way, we offer scholarships to those we recognize as part of our long‑term community.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the child's home under BCBA supervision
• Follow each child's individualized treatment plan
• Collect accurate session data
• Help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor

Who We're Looking For:

• Teacher's aides, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, and anyone who's great with kids
• Experience in schools or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
• Strong communication and people skills

Care without chaos. Teamwork without drama.

We see you. We support you. We mean it.
