Material Handler – Hazelwood, MO

Kelly Services is hiring Material Handlers for a leading manufacturing facility in Hazelwood, MO . We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to support material movement, inventory, and production operations.

Pay

• 1st Shift: $21.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: $24.50/hour

Available Schedules

1st Shift:

• Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM 
• Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Overtime maybe required

3rd Shift:

• Monday–Wednesday | 5:30 PM–6:00 AM
• Thursday | 5:30 PM–2:00 AM (Thursday may sometimes be optional based on production needs)

What You’ll Do

• Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Supply production areas with the materials needed to maintain workflow.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials in designated areas.
• Pick and prepare materials based on production needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material counts.
• Follow established procedures for proper material handling and storage.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Work closely with production and warehouse team members to ensure materials are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift.
• Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience is a plus.
