We are happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn and build new skills./ppSchedule: MondayFriday 4:30am-1:00pm and 1:00 PM-9:30PM/ppWhat You Will Do:/pulliPrepare and coordinate mail projects for insertion and fulfillment/liliOperate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting machines using barcode scanning and camera validation/liliRead and follow detailed job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup/liliPerform quality checks to verify job accuracy and USPS compliance/liliSort, tray, and palletize mail according to USPS regulations/liliApply and reconcile correct postage for each job, including international mail/liliMonitor equipment performance and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting/liliMaintain accurate daily documentation, including QC logs and USPS reports/liliCollaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs)/liliAssist with other production activities as needed (hand inserting, cross-training, etc.)/liliMaintain a clean, organized work area/liliSupport additional duties as assigned by leadership/li/ulpWhat We Are Looking For:/pulliNo prior mail or machine experience required we will train you/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience/liliBasic math skills/liliAbility to follow detailed written instructions and job tickets/liliComfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with deadlines/liliAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs occasionally/liliSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team/liliAbility to pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify/li/ulpWhat We Offer:/pulliMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance/liliSupplemental insurance options/liliFlexible Spending Account (FSA)/lili401 (k) with generous company match/liliBonus opportunities/liliPaid time off, sick time, and holidays/liliCasual work environment/liliStrong commitment to work-life balance/liliOpportunities for growth and advancement/liliEmployee Assistance Program/liliLong-term stability with a people-first company/li/ul/div
