Wealth Management Advisor (Training and CFP Track)

Our client an advisor of 20 years and Certified Financial Planner is looking for candidates who have an interest in launching a financial planning practice.
Having previous finance experience is not required, as candidates will be sponsored for investment and insurance licenses and be provided with a structured training program and hands on mentorship.
The Role of a Financial Advisor:
- Build your own Financial Planning Practice
- Client Acquisition & Marketing
- Client Financial Analytics & Case Development
- Financial Plan Design
- Sophisticated Asset Management and Protection Product Implementation
- On Going Service
Candidate Characteristics:
- Motivated to work in a client facing role
- Desire to help people, including individuals, families, and businesses
- Team oriented, and comfortable with preparing and delivering presentations
- Competitive, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision to build and grow your own business
- High standards of integrity, competency, work ethic, and professionalism
- Experience with marketing, sales, or finance a plus

There is not a base salary or hourly wage as this is an opportunity to build a supported practice. There will be access to benefits, retirement funding, support staff and mentorship/professional development plans.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
