• Hours: 6:30am to 3:00PM Saturday & Sunday (every other weekend)
• $17.25/hour.

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Mechanicsburg, United States. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for office records
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a professional setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email systems
• Prior experience in an office environment preferred
