Government Contract Accounting Manager

Minimum of seven years of experience in government contracting, including pre-award and post-award contract management. Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation preferred. Working knowledge of FAR and CAS which includes experience with Incurred Cost Proposals/Submissions (ICP/ICS), Forward Pricing Rate Agreements (FPRA), and certified cost or pricing data requirements, in general. Experience interfacing with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) preferred.A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.Nice to Have Demonstrated experience in identifying and improving systems and procedures. Exceptional communication skills, and ability to quickly build trust and develop positive relationships with co-workers, government officials, vendors, and customers.Strong organizational skills. Ability to independently develop and execute plans with a high level of detail, precision, and follow-through. CompensationTarget Hiring Range: $107,000 - $146,000 annually.Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $107,000 - $146,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.
