Apartment Maintenance TechnicianFresno, CA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $21/hour (Firm)A well-established property management company is seeking a Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community.Schedule:Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with occasional Saturdays depending on property needs.What You’ll Be Doing:Respond to resident and management work orders in a timely mannerAssist with General repairs, plumbing work, fixing broken fixtures, electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting and repair (including refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and other household appliances), painting, cleaning, and preparing units for new residentsSupport landscaping and general property upkeepEnsure compliance with safety standards and property guidelinesParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergenciesWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 2+ years property managementBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairsAbility to safely use hand and power toolsStrong communication and reliabilityAbility to work independently and stay organizedPhysically able to lift, move, and work in outdoor conditionsWillingness to learn and grow into expanded responsibilitiesImportant Requirements:Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningCandidates should not have theft or violent offenses (misdemeanor or felony)This is a strong temp-to-hire opportunity with a clear path into a full maintenance role, offering stability and long-term growth within a supportive team.#INDHP #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Up Staffing Services
