Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships and create lifelong customers
• Be the go-to person for our clients, in whom they can trust
• Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening to their needs
• Become an expert in products: know the details of our offers, packages, and the latest technology
• Provide professional and high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager on goals, activities, and performance
• Maintain a positive attitude and give your best every day
• Use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to interact with customers, showcase inventory, and promote dealership events
• Create and share simple and attractive content that reflects our brand and attracts potential buyers

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
• Desire to learn and master product knowledge
• Ability to receive constructive criticism and follow instructions to expand your growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Clean driving record
• Must complete a pre-selection survey to qualify
• Punctual and reliable
• Basic knowledge of social media interaction (posting photos/videos, writing captions, responding to comments)
• Comfort interacting with customers online in a friendly and professional manner
