The practice includes 3 physicians and 2 mid-level providers. Practice Details Setting: Outpatient, PM&R, Spine, Interventional Fluoroscopy Suite (more details below) Office Hours: 8am - 5pm Great Payor Mix: No HMOs Average patient volume: 20 patients/day Compensation & Benefits Excellent Compensation: first year guarantee + collections Full benefits package includes paid malpractice, health insurance, vacation, PTO, CME Possible sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance Qualifications Pain Management Fellowship trained or experienced Clinical Scope Practice provides a wide variety of procedures and treatments. Physicians perform non‑surgical interventional procedures such as fluoroscopy‑guided steroid injections, as well as surgical interventional procedures such as vertebroplasty. PT staff provide a customized treatment program as part of a comprehensive plan of care. Our team works together to optimize results, shorten recovery times from illnesses, injuries and surgeries, and reduce the risk for re‑injury.
