Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients experiencing relationship and emotional difficulties.

• Facilitate brief and focused individual therapy sessions for clients in the Functional Restoration Program (FRP), continually evaluating and adjusting strategies to meet their evolving needs.

• Establish and cultivate trusting relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a collaborative therapeutic environment.

• Advocate for clients, guiding them through difficult life transitions and supporting their efforts to adopt healthier behavioral patterns.

• Document therapy sessions and treatment outcomes clearly and efficiently, maintaining updated patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
