What You'll Do This role is a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience. Park vehicles in assigned areas in an organized manner. Wash vehicles thoroughly. Respond to delivery pages immediately. Protect appearance of vehicles by utilizing disposable seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel protectants as necessary. Catalog and store vehicle keys. Assist Merchandising Manager in displaying accurate and current vehicle pricing information. Keep vehicle lot clean and free of debris. Maintain license plates and lock-box keys. Run miscellaneous errands for the store. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Attention to detail – pays close attention to details. Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Active Listening – give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate. Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence. Total Rewards Compensation This position offers an anticipated pay range of $15.00 - $19.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay transparency and pay equity laws.
