What You Get To Do Everyday Photo Department Distribute product to the photography team and respective departments (Authentication,Receiving, Outbound, Etc.) Ensure all product correctly sorted, staged, scanned through the pipeline Ensuring warehouse tickets are accurate and match product Steam and prep photo ready product for photographers Perform end of day floor scans and weekly audits of the queue in partnership with leadership and management Unpack and scan units transferred from LCOs and other Authentication Centers Partner with Photography management to understand and support daily processing strategy What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results Able to work as part of a team and communicate professionally with others Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills Adaptability and openness to change Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, dressing mannequins, etc.) Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time Ability to read and write in English 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite Compensation, Benefits, + Perks $50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on site Employee Stock Purchase Plan 401K with Company Match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid parental leave 9 Paid Company Holidays 18 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days (PTO starts accruing on first day of work) State of the art, climate-controlled warehouse facility Find out more about our Benefits here. The expected hourly rate for this role is $16-$16.5. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
