- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Subaru vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using modern diagnostic tools and software.
- Complete service work accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest Subaru automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Subaru vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with vehicle repair tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- ASE certification or equivalent training is preferred.
