A Quality Leader will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing high‑performing quality teams. You are responsible for driving the strategy, managing and leading a team of diverse employees, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management : Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, grow each individual and the team. Provide technical guidance and support, promoting continuous learning and development, incorporating education into growth plans Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members including monthly 1 to 1’s and annual reviews. Champion and foster accountability amongst individuals and the team Drive PTI to have the best brand reputation in the industry Strategic Planning : Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to set project priorities and timelines. Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality related projects. Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality projects. Ensure projects are completed on time Ensure the daily flow of quote to cash products is excellent Coordinate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Technical Expertise : Educate yourself with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive the adoption of modern quality practices and tools. Ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of the quality team output. Act as a liaison between the quality team and other departments. Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders. Foster 2 way working relationships with cross‑functional teams. Skills & Attributes Visionary : Ability to see the big picture and align quality efforts with business objectives. Technical Proficiency : Deep understanding of quality and manufacturing principles Leadership : Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and quality engineers. Problem‑Solving : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach. Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Collaboration : Effective at working with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Experience : Minimum 10 years is a Quality Role with at least 3 years in a Leadership role.
