Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry

This position involves 12-hour night shifts, including weekends as scheduled.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Telemetry Unit. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing patients post heart catheterization, CHF, COPD, and those requiring medical management or awaiting CABG consult. This role requires the ability to read EKG strips and the comfort to handle various cardiac patients.

• Monitor and assess patients on cardiac telemetry.
• Titrate Heparin as necessary and ensure accurate medication administration.
• Manage admissions and discharges for 8-12 patients daily.
• Collaborate with a supportive team while also functioning independently when needed.

• Valid RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior experience in a telemetry or cardiac nursing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read EKG strips and manage cardiac patients effectively.
