CURA of Watkins (formerly known as Hilltop) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on full-time evenings. Position Details Full-Time Evening RN Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Starting evening rate: $40.25/hour + experience Every other weekend Holiday rotation What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care. Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and other members of the care team. Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns using sound nursing judgment. Complete accurate nursing documentation. Assist with transfers, and changes in resident condition. Collaborate with nursing leadership and other departments to provide excellent resident care. What We’re Looking For Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Compassionate and resident-focused. Dependable and committed to providing quality care. Strong communication and clinical judgment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but not required.
