Description

American Traveler is hiring a CA-licensed RN for a Home Health field position serving Alameda or Contra Costa County, requiring at least 1 year of home health experience and OASIS proficiency.

Details

• Home health field setting serving patients in Alameda or Contra Costa County
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Weekends required on an as-needed basis
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses Kinnser/WellSky EMR (training provided)

Requirements

• Active CA RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience
• OASIS experience required
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients across Alameda or Contra Costa County
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
• 13-week contract
