Location: Fremont, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated care team in Fremont, California . This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering quality patient-centered care.

Position Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist license

• Graduate of an accredited PT program

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
