We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as a reliable point of contact for prospective and current customers. You will answer questions, explain products, assist with orders, resolve concerns, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through follow-up.

No previous industry experience is required. New team members receive hands-on training and continued support designed to build product knowledge, communication skills, and confidence from day one.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional experience
• Listen carefully to understand customer questions and needs
• Explain products, features, and available options clearly
• Provide accurate answers and help customers make informed decisions
• Assist customers throughout the ordering process
• Address concerns and help identify appropriate solutions
• Manage follow-up communication throughout the customer experience
• Maintain organized records of customer conversations and next steps
• Share recurring customer questions and feedback with leadership
• Support basic social media, promotional, or customer outreach projects as assigned
• Collaborate with teammates to improve customer satisfaction and results
• Represent EDI with professionalism, patience, and integrity

Schedule and location

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• In-person position based in Vancouver, Washington
• No remote work
• Immediate start available
