General ManagerWe are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to join our family-run restaurant team. We've been delighting the people of Birmingham with our scratch-made food for decades. If you are guest-focused, building a loyal following, growing sales, and developing people, then you have found the right place!General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:Ensure an outstanding experience for guests.Attain budgeted sales, labor, food costs, and profitability metrics.Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.Care for the restaurant as if it were your own.2+ years of experience as a General Manager.Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling, and inventory management.Knowledge of Food Safety standards.Hands-on leadership approach.Excellent communication skills.General Manager Benefits:Competitive salary.Monthly Bonus opportunities.Two consecutive off days weeklyPaid VacationIndividual Health and Dental Insurance plans available.401K with Company Match.Family atmosphere.Employee and family meal discounts.
