This position has the potential of moving into a partime direct role with the compmany. Working 24-32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals, and timely payment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and project records, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, reconcile vendor statements, and assist with payment preparation and outstanding invoice follow-up.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation in QuickBooks Online and other business systems.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support, including routine reconciliations, reporting, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing expense transactions.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to established processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This temporary assignment focuses on supporting daily accounts payable activities and maintaining accurate, timely processing of financial transactions
