Key Responsibilities

• Administer Therapeutic Procedures Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living performance.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families Offer education, training, and support to patients and their families to encourage continued progress and independence at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress Track patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery and results.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license (Texas)
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
• Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet each patient's unique needs in a fast-paced environment
